Komšić's Advisor Mikulić and Former Minister Kapidžić Guard BiH National Monuments

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 104th extraordinary session held on February 2, 2021, made a decision to dismiss three members of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments due to the expiration of their mandates, and appointed three new members. The decisions were published in today's Official Gazette of BiH.

Architect Faruk Kapidžić, a former Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection from the SDA quota, has been appointed as a member of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments. Kapidžić often likes to say that he is not politically active and that he is not a member of the SDA, but it is interesting that this party nominates him for numerous positions.

Anđelina Ošap Gaćanović, a Master of Architecture, has also been appointed.

The third member of the Commission is Zoran Mikulić, a law graduate with passed judicial and bar exams. Such a description is provided in the decision of the BiH Presidency, as well as on the website of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mikulić is also an advisor to the member of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić.

The mandate of the members of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments lasts for five (5) years.
