Komšić sends telegram of condolence to Czech President Petr Pavel: We are shocked by the tragic events in Prague

(Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić sent a telegram of condolence to the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and to the families of the victims of the tragic event that shook Prague.

"Dear President Pavel, I am shocked and concerned by the tragic events in Prague, which resulted in the loss of several lives. I strongly condemn this inhumane act.

Please accept the deepest expressions of condolence and sympathy for you, the families of the innocent victims, and the citizens of the Czech Republic, on behalf of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and myself. We wish the injured citizens a swift and successful recovery," the telegram states.

We recall that 24-year-old student David Kozak first killed his father, then in a rampage killed another 15 people at the University of Prague, and wounded dozens of others. The police eventually neutralized Kozak.
