(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić sent a letter of condolence to King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson regarding the tragic event in the city of Örebro.
"Your Majesty, esteemed Prime Minister. With deep sorrow and disbelief, I received the news of the tragic attack in the city of Örebro, in which innocent people lost their lives.
On behalf of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and on my own behalf, I extend to you, the families of the deceased, and the citizens of Sweden expressions of the most sincere condolences and solidarity.
This senseless act deserves every condemnation, but it is also an alarm for all of us to urgently and decisively focus on the fight against every form of violence.
I have been disturbed by the details that arrive daily about this unfortunate event, as well as the information that among the seriously injured citizens is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I express hope for a speedy recovery for him and all those injured in this attack, and the belief that with the support of doctors and loved ones, they will successfully overcome the consequences of this terrible tragedy," Komšić stated.
