Komšić at the City Hall: BiH has experts, knowledge, and tradition, it's time to translate that into a leading position in the region

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić addressed the formal opening of the 12th Gastroenterology Conference dedicated to Prof. Dr. Mehmed Gribajčević at the Sarajevo City Hall tonight.



- I am glad that Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sarajevo are hosting this significant event which has gathered top experts, healthcare professionals, researchers, and representatives of the academic community, dedicated to one of the most important fields of modern medicine.



This conference once again confirms that Bosnia and Herzegovina, despite the challenges we face, and when we talk about gastroenterology, has the knowledge, proven experts, and a long tradition, and proof of this are many experts like our respected Prof. Dr. Mehmed Gribajčević.



Today's medicine, and you know this best, relies more and more on innovations and the application of modern technologies, which makes treatment more efficient, faster, more accessible, and more comfortable for patients.

These technological advancements and their application in modern medicine are not a luxury but a necessity, therefore it is important for Bosnia and Herzegovina to continue to move in step with global trends.
