Komšić joins Srebrenica Memorial Center's call to investigate Višković

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić has joined the call by the Srebrenica Memorial Center, which urged the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to launch an investigation into the criminal responsibility of the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, due to allegations by protected witness M-16, who testified at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017 that Višković had offered him money to move mass graves.

"I believe that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has an obligation to thoroughly examine the witness's allegations, especially because they were made in court, not elsewhere in the form of speculation. Respecting the presumption of innocence that no one is guilty until proven otherwise, I must still say that, like most citizens, I am taken aback by the mentioned testimony," Komšić said.
