Komšić with Palestinian Ambassador: Expressed hope for the earliest possible end to violence against civilians

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić met today with the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to BiH, Rezeq Namoora.

Ambassador Namoora conveyed greetings from the President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, and thanked for the solidarity with the suffering of the Palestinian people.

The Ambassador informed the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Komšić, about the current situation and the humanitarian collapse in Gaza.

The Ambassador of the State of Palestine also informed the member of the BiH Presidency about the difficult situation in the West Bank. Despite everything, the authorities of the State of Palestine remain committed to peace, international law, and a two-state solution, Ambassador Namoora emphasized.

The interlocutors agreed on the necessity of continuing negotiations and expressed hope for the earliest possible end to violence against civilians.
