Komšić with Alicia Kearns: Discussed attempts to destabilize the region

(Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić met during the Munich Security Forum with Alicia Kearns, a member of the House of Commons of the British Parliament and chair of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee.

During the meeting, they discussed attempts to destabilize the region by the Russian Federation, as well as attempts by the same to gain additional influence through infrastructure already installed in the region.

They also discussed Bosnia and Herzegovina's efforts to meet the conditions to open negotiations with the European Union.

Opinions on meeting the conditions for opening EU negotiations were also exchanged during a meeting with the Minister of Justice of the Government of the Republic of Austria, Alma Zadić.

They also discussed strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries, with special emphasis on the role of the diaspora, which plays a significant role in the entire process.
