Komšić visited returnees in Zvornik, talks with Dodik to follow

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić announced at today's meeting with returnees in Zvornik that at the next Presidency session he will discuss with the member from RS, Milorad Dodik, the issue of resolving the problem of languages in schools, and that Bosnian language should be entered into students' record books.

If an agreement is not reached, Komšić promised legal assistance to the parents. He stated that in that case, they should turn to the Constitutional Court or ultimately the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

He welcomed the stance of the parents who said they advocate equally for the rights of children from Drvar who have a similar problem because their Serbian language is not recognized.

Komšić promised to talk with the Mayor of Zvornik Municipality, Zoran Stevanović, to ensure transportation for students to school, which they currently lack.
