Komšić on Schwarz-Schilling: BiH has lost a great friend

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić sent a telegram of condolences on the occasion of the death of Christian Schwarz-Schilling to his family, friends, and all who knew and valued him.

„Christian Schwarz-Schilling's long-term commitment and dedicated work have left a significant mark on relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through cooperation and action, he showed understanding for the complexity of the situation in our country, and contributed to strengthening institutions, stability, and the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He was, above all, a good man, and Bosnia and Herzegovina is losing a great friend with his passing. He left an indelible mark on all those with whom he worked and cooperated.

I personally valued the opportunities for conversation and exchange of views with him, which were always substantive and useful, and through which he selflessly shared his knowledge and experience. Bosnia and Herzegovina will remember his contribution and the efforts he invested in building better relations and supporting our country“.
