Komšić on meeting with O'Brien: We have US support

(Patria) - Assistant US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's Assistant for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien is visiting Sarajevo. Among other things, he also met with members of the BiH Presidency.

BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić, after meeting with O'Brien, said that they have US support.

"The Assistant Secretary of State of the USA conveyed the message of the partnership between the USA and Bosnia and Herzegovina and expressed the support of the American government for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and multi-ethnic character of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have the support of the USA in the EU's efforts to open accession negotiations with BiH, as well as support for BiH's Euro-Atlantic integration."
