
(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić met with the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani within the framework of the Munich Security Forum.
This meeting represents a continuation of the intensive dialogue between the interlocutors, which is taking place in the context of current geopolitical challenges and aspirations for strengthening regional stability and cooperation.
Member of the BiH Presidency Komšić and President Osmani discussed key topics such as the European integration of the Western Balkan countries, the current security and political situation in the region and the world.
Particular emphasis was placed on the need for continued dialogue between all parties, with the aim of preserving peace, stability and security, and accelerating the accession process of the Western Balkan countries to the European Union.
Given the challenges emerging in the region, the importance of mutual support in the fight against negative geopolitical influences, which could jeopardize the progress already achieved in the region, was emphasized.
Both sides agreed to continue strengthening friendly ties between the two countries and to intensify cooperation, not only on the political but also on the economic and security levels.
