Commissions for Referendum and Energy: Bosniak Club Seeks Protection of Vital National Interest

The Bosniak Club in the RS Council of Peoples has decided to initiate protection of vital national interest because the NSRS approved the formation of a Commission for conducting a referendum in the RS on the Prosecutor's Office and Court of BiH, which RS President Milorad Dodik announced for the end of this year, writes the news agency Patria.

The Club also made the Decision on initiating protection of vital national interest due to the formation of the Regulatory Commission for Energy, which does not include a single Bosniak.

From the Bosniak Club in the NSRS, they announced that if the Constitutional Court of the RS assesses that the national rights of Bosniaks were not violated during the adoption of these decisions, they will also seek justice at the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Regarding the filing of an appeal before the Constitutional Court of BiH due to the Decision on the referendum, Hadžiomerović said that they will wait for the Decision of the National Assembly to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, after which they will react.
