Committee on Transport and Communications Announces Public Hearing of BHANSA Management

(Patria) - The Committee on Transport and Communications of the House of Representatives of BiH adopted today a Decision on the public hearing of the Director of the Air Navigation Services Agency of BiH (BHANSA) Davorin Primorac and his deputies Sanjin Hadžiomerović and Tomislav Marinković.

The Decision was made with the aim of the Committee obtaining necessary information about the work and operations of BHANSA, and the fact that the BHANSA management, contrary to the Law on Parliamentary Oversight, refuses to provide the Committee with data on financial operations and employees at BHANSA.

According to the adopted Decision, the public hearing will be held within 30 days from the date of the Decision, after which a report on the public hearing will be submitted to the House of Representatives of the PSBiH.

Along with this Decision, the Committee also adopted a conclusion requesting BHANSA to immediately provide it with complete Information containing the following facts:
‣ the annual amount of financial resources necessary for the smooth operation of BHANSA, and the annual amount required for the payment of salaries and other benefits to all employees;
‣ the amount of net salaries for each job position at BHANSA (hierarchically, first list the salaries of the director and deputies, and then in order the salaries for all other positions).

As an attachment to the Information, it is necessary to provide the number of all employees at BHANSA, then the number of employees at the Main Office in Mostar, the first and last name of each employee at the Main Office, and the number of employees and the first and last name for each center, service, office, unit, and similar.

According to the adopted conclusion, it is also necessary to submit the Work Report of BHANSA for 2024 and the Independent Audit Report on the work of BHANSA for 2024.

The Committee took note of the following responses and information:
‣ Response of the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH to the conclusions of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH adopted within the discussion of the Report on the public hearing of the Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH;
‣ Information from the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH on the implementation of conclusions from the 27th session of the Committee of 17.06.2025;
‣ Letter from the acting General Director of BHRT regarding the current situation at BHRT.

The Committee adopted a conclusion to forward the Petition of the Association of Driving Schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH.
