Commissioner Hahn with political leaders, what the EU expects from BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn will hold meetings today in Sarajevo with members of the BiH Presidency, and afterwards with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić and his deputies Mirko Šarović and Vjekoslav Bevanda. 

At 12:00 PM, Hahn will sign a joint declaration with parliamentary party leaders, outlining the principles of the parties' actions regarding BiH's European path, as well as socio-economic reforms intended to ensure a better life for BiH citizens. Leaders will commit to ensuring economic work by relieving the burden on the economy, fighting corruption, improving the healthcare system, and other measures that will improve the overall environment in BiH, regardless of whether they are in power or in opposition.  

Hahn will discuss the political situation, the negotiation process for government formation, and the European Union's expectations from BiH in the coming period, when it should be known whether BiH has successfully answered the additional questions from the European Commission's Questionnaire. 

As is customary during visits by EU officials, the European Commissioner will also hold a meeting with representatives of the non-governmental and civil sectors. 

Hahn will hold a press conference at 1:30 PM in the EU building in Sarajevo.
