The Sarajevo audience will have the opportunity to watch the comedy „Love Blister“ directed by Mirela Trepanić again on Saturday, March 14 at the „Sarajevo“ Cultural Center starting at 8 PM, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The comedy „Love Blister“ directed by Mirela Trepanić (known for directing „I, the Mahalusha“, „Naked Women... And in Grandma There Are Vitamins“) was created based on two comedic one-act plays by Anton P. Chekhov, „The Bear“ and “The Proposal“. Through this comedy, answers are given to two vital life questions: can an ordinary person swear to eternal solitude if they are by nature a passionate and social being? How much does the material side of life distract us from enjoying love, partnership, friendship, marriage, and happiness? In the conflict of firm principles, the characters display their flaws taken to the maximum: rudeness, hypocrisy, clumsiness, hypochondria, philistinism, greed, pettiness, and stubbornness. Certainly, the characters' flaws provoke laughter, but in fact, this comedy also acts as a critique of such behavior.
The concept of the play is music, dance, and song, when a real-life situation turns into the characters' fantasies, and they become as they should always be: happy and in love.
The roles in this comedy were performed by academic actors Lana Delić, Ivana Vojinović, and Adnan Kreso, who each play two complex roles, transforming themselves beyond recognition.
Incidentally, the play achieved great success in Split and Croatian premieres with two sold-out performances in the packed Lora hall.
The comedy's slogan is: Fall in love again and forever!
Tickets can be reserved at 066 110 883. Ticket sales two hours before the start of the performance.
