Who benefits from the money not coming to ZOI '84?

The arbitrariness of ZOI '84 director Midhat Hubijar continues, so on New Year's Eve, he called several employees to sign annual leave decisions, which is an obvious proof of mobbing for them, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

According to one of the employees who is supposed to return to work at the end of January, they consulted with a lawyer before signing the decisions, and lawsuits are in the process.

So far, termination decisions have been issued to 33 employees, and fear has already spread among the employees because they heard that there will be new layoffs in March.

As employees of this once-promising company told Patria, after the attack by the head of finance, Sabina Lojo, and her daughter on Alija Hodžić, the president of the ZOI '84 Trade Union, who was hit on the head, no disciplinary procedure was carried out, even though it happened on ZOI '84 premises.

- Director Hubijar acts arbitrarily, he fires whomever he wants and hires whomever he wants. We all know he fired a driver and hired a new one - says one of the employees.

Another problem is the business building in the center of Sarajevo, which stands empty, and the management is not responding to tenders to lease it out.

- It is obvious that some malversations are happening and someone does not want money to come into ZOI '84 - the employees believe.

Although they are aware that every publicly spoken word can cost them their jobs, the employees say that they will not give up and that they will fight for their rights.
