Roads are wet, fog reduces visibility

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The road surface is wet or damp this morning, while in the southern regions, traffic is on a predominantly dry road.

Fog is reducing visibility in places on sections in valleys, as well as on mountain passes. BIHAMK calls for cautious driving and adherence to traffic regulations on all sections.

On the M-16.4 Novi Travnik-Bugojno highway, traffic is suspended due to reconstruction work on the bridge at the entrance to Bugojno. Passenger vehicles are using the alternative route through the settlements of Kula and Kandija, while trucks over 7 tons of total weight are using the Travnik-Donji Vakuf-Bugojno road.

On the M-17 Zenica - Nemila highway, traffic is alternating, one lane at a time, with installed light signals, due to rehabilitation works in the Vranduk II tunnel.

During the day, longer delays may occur on this section due to temporarily increased vehicle traffic.

Among other roads where traffic regimes have been altered due to works, we highlight the A-1 highway Sarajevo West-Sarajevo North (Bojnik viaduct), then the M-5 highway in the areas of Ključ and Jajce, as well as the highways: M-5 Busovača-Kiseljak, M-17 Tarčin-Konjic, M-18 Semizovac-Vogošća, M-14 Bosanska Krupa-Srbljani, M-18 Kladanj-Podpaklenik, and M-4 Teslić-Karuše.

Currently, waiting times at border crossings do not exceed 30 minutes.

For safety reasons, traffic for trucks and buses is suspended on the roads to and from the Brčko-Gunja border crossing bridge.

The weekend is ahead of us, so we expect increased vehicle traffic, both on the roads in our country and at the border crossings.
