SDA Collegium: Conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska are a blow to the Dayton Agreement and a continuation of the destructive policy of Dodik's regime

(Patria) - The SDA Collegium warns that the latest conclusions adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska are the most dangerous blow to the Dayton Peace Agreement and the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby directly undermining peace and stability in BiH and the region.

"We call on the signatory states of the Dayton Peace Agreement, the PIC, the OHR, and NATO to, learning from the experiences of the 1990s, stop the dangerous and destructive Greater Serbian policies in time.

We call on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to take the necessary steps to sanction those responsible for the latest assault on the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to prevent the devastating consequences of the unconstitutional actions of the authorities of the Republika Srpska entity.

The adopted conclusions represent a continuation of the destructive policy pursued by Dodik's regime, which is paved by the 'All-Serbian Assembly' Declaration of 2024, the SANU Memorandum, and the SNSD Declaration of 2015.

Through this, the current authorities of the Republika Srpska entity are attempting, based on deliberately distorted interpretations of the Dayton Peace Agreement, to endanger the functioning of state institutions, achieve the supremacy of the entity over the state, and halt the Euro-Atlantic path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska are designed to pressure state judicial institutions and are intended to protect Milorad Dodik and obstruct the proceedings against him in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

No one, not even Milorad Dodik, should be above the law and beyond the reach of judicial institutions.

The SDA Collegium has tasked the SDA Legal Council to analyze the adopted conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, to prepare an analysis, and to propose further legal steps to challenge the conclusions and prevent the negative consequences of such actions by the authorities of the Republika Srpska entity," the party announced.
