SDA Collegium: We will determine the political responsibility of all actors in the audio recording

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After more than three hours of session, the SDA Collegium adopted several conclusions regarding the publication of an audio recording related to "finalizing votes" for the election assembly of the Sarajevo Canton SDA, whose main actor is Asim Sarajlić, who resigned from all party positions. The SDA Collegium determined six conclusions that will be proposed to the Party Presidency.

"The SDA Collegium most sharply condemns any form of potential illegality and manipulation related to the content of the recording itself, as well as the manner and motives of its creation and distribution. The competent authorities are expected to determine the legal responsibility of all actors, while the political responsibility for all actors will be determined by the SDA Presidency. The SDA Collegium has taken note of the irrevocable resignation of Asim Sarajlić from the position of Vice-President of the Party and President and member of the SDA Cadre Commission.

The SDA Presidency will, without delay, initiate the procedure for determining the political responsibility of all other actors in this case. Furthermore, it will task the Party's Ethics Committee, which will act as a commission to conduct the procedure and propose measures of responsibility to the Party Presidency," stated the SDA.

The SDA Election Commission will, in accordance with its competencies, examine the validity of all objections related to the regularity of the election process for the Sarajevo Cantonal Executive Board as soon as possible and submit a report to the SDA Presidency.
