Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska discusses the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the case of January 9

The Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will discuss the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which relate to the celebration of January 9 in this BiH entity, writes NAP.

The cabinet of the President of the NSRS, Nedeljko Čubrilović, received yesterday the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH on a temporary measure in the case "January 9".

The Constitutional Court of BiH declared the marking of January 9 as the Day of RS – unconstitutional, but the authorities in this BiH entity do not want to accept such a decision. A referendum on this issue was announced for September 25 in RS, but the Court issued a temporary measure on holding the referendum as well.
