Kojović: Readiness for compromise was understood by the other side as a green light to do as they please, that will no longer be possible

(Patria) - Member of the Our Party in the House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Predrag Kojović, explained why today's emergency session of this house was postponed.

He said that the Troika did not want to accept the adoption of a project in Republika Srpska due to the behavior of SNSD delegates and that "this will no longer be possible".

At the collegium before the session itself, SNSD requested that all items be consolidated and voted on as such, but Predrag Kojović and Denis Zvizdić opposed this.

After the session was canceled, Kojović stated that a partnership cannot function in that way.

"The Labor Law, aimed at helping mothers, is just one example of senseless voting in the House of Peoples, and at the same time, we are asked to vote for a loan whose money will be managed by a person on the US blacklist, even though the agreement itself states that persons on the blacklist cannot manage money coming from European banks," he said.

The head of the SNSD Club in the BiH House of Representatives, Sanja Vulić, explained that Milenko Dulić, not Alen Šeranić from the US blacklist, would be in charge of the project. However, the representatives of the Troika did not want to back down.

"We have invested a lot in compromise and talks, but I fear that the other side has taken it as a green light to do as they please and to choose what to vote for and what to put on the agenda as if in a self-service shop. We first raised this issue today. We organized a meeting of the Troika representatives earlier and had a unified stance on this issue, and then we came to the decision that it is best for this not to happen until we sit down and discuss this way of behaving. The passage of European laws is treated as a favor to the Troika, and we are asked to vote for such proposals as this one. That will not be possible," said Kojović.

He stated that this is also a call and a warning to the ruling coalition that they will no longer be able to operate as they have done so far.
