Kojović: Dodik lives in delusion, dissolution will end fatally for him

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the celebration of the Day of Serbian Unity, which is being celebrated for the first time in Serbia and Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik reiterated that he strives for the unification of Republika Srpska and Serbia. On this occasion, Predrag Kojović, president of Our Party, reacted.

“The celebration of the Day of Serbian Unity showed that Dodik sees this unity exclusively as the merging of all territories inhabited by the Serbian people into one state. This could have been assumed, but yesterday it was definitively confirmed, this newly introduced holiday is another attempt to implement the Greater Serbian political agenda in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serbia is participating in this because it celebrates the holiday together with Republika Srpska, and none of its political leadership even commented on Dodik's words aimed at violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its favor.

The aspiration to destroy one's own state, present in Dodik for over a decade, is something that falls into the domain of political pathology and herostratism. It is something that is irreparable when it comes to him. However, his claim that this is achievable peacefully looks particularly dangerous. Let him not live in delusion. It has never been and will never be. Any attempt at dissolution will end fatally for the entire region, and especially for him and his policy.”
