Koç and Dodik: Turkey has no patience for EU's duplicity

(Patria) - BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik spoke today with Ambassador Koç about the new situation in BiH following the Constitutional Court's decision on agricultural land, which he said is unacceptable for Serb representatives in BiH.

Dodik emphasized that the BiH Constitutional Court, when it comes to agricultural land, should put Republika Srpska on an equal footing with the Federation of BiH and Brčko District. He stressed that Serb representatives in the joint BiH bodies will be present, but will not vote when decisions are made until the issue related to the BiH Constitutional Court's decision is resolved.

“We have proposed a Draft Law on the Constitutional Court that should go through the regular procedure and whose adoption can resolve this crisis. We, as you can see, are not shying away from dialogue and ways to resolve many issues,” emphasized the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Dodik, adding that the situation is not at all promising at the moment.

Dodik thanked the Republic of Turkey and its President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for their determination to continue BiH and Turkey's activities on initiated projects that should not be jeopardized due to the new situation in BiH.

The Turkish ambassador informed the Serb member of the BiH Presidency about the problems related to migrants, emphasizing that this problem is largely caused by the hypocritical and duplicitous policy of the European Union.

“Turkey has no patience for the EU’s duplicity,” Ambassador Koç emphasized.
