Coalition Država! Files Criminal Complaints Against Dodik, Cvijanović, Kukić, Tegeltija...

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Coalition Država! held a press conference today at the UNITIC premises in Sarajevo. The reason for this press conference was the filing of two criminal complaints with the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina: for corrupt activities and attacks on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on reports from the US Department of Finance, as well as for marking the unconstitutional day of the entity Republika Srpska, i.e., for violating the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The complaints were submitted this morning by Mirsad Hadžikadić, president of the Platform for Progress and candidate of this coalition for member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Senad Šepić, president of the Independent Bloc, and Adis Arapović,
representative of the RED Movement. They addressed the public, calling on all pro-Bosnian forces to act together in this difficult period for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"The state is not defended with statements but with concrete actions. That is why we submitted two criminal complaints this morning. If the American system has information about major corrupt activities and those against
the constitution of this country, our judiciary had to react. The first criminal complaint refers to Milorad Dodik, Mirsad Kukić, Milan Tegeltija, and ATV, and the second refers to the celebration of the unconstitutional day of the RS, from Željka Cvijanović and other officials to Draško Stanivuković. I call on all healthy forces to fight, the doors of this coalition are open to all who are for the legal system and against this gross violation and endangerment of our country. Nothing can replace state institutions and we will continue to fight for them," said Mirsad Hadžikadić.

Policies of division and the spread of fear and nationalism have brought Bosnia and Herzegovina into the most difficult period in the last few decades, it was said.

"We call on the EU and other countries to follow what the US did with sanctions. We also demand from the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to send a diplomatic note, primarily to Serbia and Russia, and other countries that sent their envoys to the unconstitutional celebration of the RS day. I believe that fair and honest elections are necessary, and therefore the coalition Država! advocates for changes to the election law in a technical sense, and I am convinced that new political forces after October 2022 will lead Bosnia and Herzegovina in a direction that will enable all citizens a better life," stated Senad Šepić.

It is time for concrete moves by those who have the capacity to change the current situation and build a state that the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina deserve.

Adis Arapović called on Christian Schmidt to curb legal violence, as well as the violence to which returnees are exposed.

"We also call on state prosecutor Milanko Kajganić to react in accordance with what the law requires. The complaints we have submitted facilitate the work of our judicial system. This is no longer a game, neither political nor any other. The state and people's lives are threatened."
