Who is misrepresenting themselves: Signatories of the agreement with Bukvarević provoked veterans in front of the FBiH Government

Some signatories of the Agreement (signed on July 8) with the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, Salko Bukvarević, and individuals who were in the camp of demobilized veterans arrived at the FBiH Government building today.

The protests of demobilized and disenfranchised veterans have been ongoing since June 12, and this Agreement is invalid for them, writes Patria agency.

The gathered demonstrators in the camp were surprised to see who was entering the Government, as they claim that some of these signatories are there on behalf of three municipalities, yet they do not know anyone from those municipalities.

It is still unknown what they will discuss in the Government building, but the veterans emphasize that Bukvarević is no longer their minister anyway, given that he has failed them and constantly insults and belittles them.

The gathered veterans staying in the Camp have called on the police to establish the identity of those who entered the Government, as they accuse them of misrepresentation.

Also, as the police could see on the spot, the veterans in the camp were provoked by the waving of those entering the Government, but they were asked by law enforcement to remain calm and not respond to provocations.

The agreement signed on July 8 allegedly included 17 municipalities, but the veterans' demands have not been met to date. They sought a veteran's allowance of 326 KM, the cessation of funding for all veteran associations, and a unified register of veterans to stop manipulations.
