Everyone talks about spin and radicalism while serving up the division of the state – Čović and Radončić!

The President of HDZ, Dragan Čović, held a press conference in Mostar after the meeting of the Presidency of the HNS association, where he stated that the negotiation process on amending the Election Law is nearing its end and that they are ready to delete all prefixes from the Constitution except the name Croat. Translated: 'there you go, delete your prefixes, but ours will remain.' This means a resolute NO to deleting prefixes. This is important to clarify, because bureaucratic wrapping in cellophane, as only Čović knows how, confuses the public. The impression is created that HDZ is ready for a compromise, an agreement, and supported by Fahrudin Radončić, it puts pressure on the pro-Bosnian sides and portrays them as radicals because they do not want to agree to, simply put, the division of the state.

Čović was also asked about the last session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of BiH, when HDZ delegates voted for conclusions to annul the Law on Prohibition of Denial of Genocide, and he stated that there had been a multitude of spins in the last few days.

“The spins I have experienced in the last two days from the politics from Sarajevo, which grossly abused the feelings of people who are war victims, is unacceptable. But, we also made an illusion or a mistake because we allowed ourselves not to appear in the media while the process of talks with foreign representatives was ongoing. Yesterday I immediately told Palmer that this no longer applies. So, a whole false story was created about how Croats or the three of us from the House of Peoples worked on annulling the law on denial of genocide in Srebrenica. First, that law does not exist anywhere. We have the Criminal Code. We declared ourselves on the conclusions,” says the HDZ leader.

And so Čović, like his birthday buddy Radončić, serves us the truth as a spin. The truth is not a spin, check the glossaries. The truth is that you stood shoulder to shoulder with Milorad Dodik, that Radončić supported you, then withdrew. The truth is that you do not agree to any compromises. Perhaps the best thing would be to write HDZ in the Constitution instead of the word Croat as a constituent people!?

Čović's haste is also evidenced by his statement that 'the process is nearing its end, and it is expected that we will meet once more in December.'

“I said that there is no point in talking in an election year and in that spirit we conducted discussions. We respected everything that HNS demands, and that is above all legitimate representation,” said Čović.

When asked by a journalist about demands to delete ethnic prefixes from the constitution, Čović said they are ready to delete all prefixes from the Constitution, except the name of the constituent people.

“We are ready to delete all prefixes or markers from the Constitution, but we are not ready to delete the name of the constituent people, we are not ready to delete the name Croat from the Constitution,” he concluded.

Čović could learn what a realistic view of the political situation is from the President of the Jewish Community in BiH, Jakob Finci, who is directly affected by the processes of electoral reform, but who, apparently realizing the scale of the disaster being prepared for BiH, said that the 2022 elections should be held under the old rules, and then proceed with amendments to the Constitution and the Election Law of BiH.

Because Finci knows that haste, especially under pressure, is the devil's work, and he cares about the state.

And Čović and his friend Radončić are summoning the devil. They have even prepared amendments and put them on the table, but there was no one to sign them, and there will be no one if they stick to the principles being advocated, which mean the division of BiH.
