The problem regarding the allocation of funds, which Minister of Culture and Sports Zora Dujmović (HDZ) carried out bypassing legal procedures, has not yet been resolved, writes the Patria News Agency.
We remind you that twenty-two institutions and associations, in a joint protest letter against the decision of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Federation of BiH, among other things, demanded that the FBiH Government urgently annul the decision of Minister Zora Dujmović and her immediate resignation due to, as they stated, "violation of the law, arbitrariness, and anti-European policy", but there has still been no reaction from Prime Minister Fadil Novalić.
As Patria learns, a meeting was held this week, but Dujmović excused herself, stating she was not prepared for such discussions because she lacked precise data!? Why Novalić did not react more decisively is unknown, as he has never commented on this issue, even though it was stated by his party that it is unacceptable for the distribution of money to be based on national affiliation.
Incidentally, both transfers, for cultural institutions of importance to FBiH and cultural events of importance to FBiH, have been entered into the budget, but Novalić has not yet signed them.
A meeting between Dujmović and Novalić is scheduled to be held again in the coming days, and whether Zora will be ready by then is unknown even to the best informed people in the FBiH Government.
We remind you that the HDZ Minister of Culture and Sports of FBiH, Zora Dujmović, committed a series of criminal offenses during the distribution of over two million KM from this ministry, intended for financing cultural events of importance to FBiH in 2015 and supporting the renovation of cultural and architectural heritage of FBiH.
Out of 100 cultural projects assessed as important for FBiH, as many as 43 were approved for Croats, and 21 for Bosniaks.
During the distribution of money, Dujmović not only created national imbalance but, as legal experts who analyzed the money flows from this ministry for Patria warn, committed a series of obvious violations of the law. The criteria established in this ministry were not respected, nor were the decisions, which is clearly visible by reading the ministry's website.
Violations were also made on other grounds. Two organizations received money for the same project. This concerns "Days of Mowing" in Kupres. One organization received 12,000 KM for this event, and another received 10,000 KM.
