Who is the new SBB minister: Novalić takes control of the defence industry through Džindić!?

Nermin Džindić, the future Minister of Energy and Mining of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a cadre of the Alliance for a Better Future, but it has long been known that this 'director in the making' has strong ties with the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, reports the Patria news agency.

Even the leader of the SBB, Fahrudin Radončić, admitted that he appointed Džindić because he had previously successfully cooperated with Novalić.

However, sources from the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina told Patria that Novalić only needed one more minister to completely take control of the defence industry, because since the beginning of his mandate, the Prime Minister of the Federation has been attempting this through his advisor and head of cabinet, Suvad Osmanagić, the former director of UNIS Group, as we have reported on several occasions.

Who is Nermin Džindić?

In a very short period, he served as director of 'Pretis' in Vogošća, but immediately upon taking this position in mid-June 2014, mass layoffs began, as all media in the country duly reported. At that time, Džindić was labeled as an SDA cadre, and during that period he worked closely with Novalić.

Just a few months after his appointment to the director position, in September of last year, the management of 'Pretis' could not promise that they would be able to pay one salary to employees. After that, the workers quickly 'removed' acting director Nermin Džindić.

Loan approved

Thus, former director of 'Pretis', Nermin Džindić, will be remembered for being literally driven out of the company by workers, and after submitting an urgent resignation, he had to leave the company accompanied by police and security.

- The keys to official vehicles were taken from the director, and he was asked to leave the company. However, he did not want to leave, fearing for his safety, so we asked the police to safely escort him out of the factory premises, which he did together with security workers - said the president of the Strike Committee, Enes Hurić, at the time.

At that time, there was also active talk about a loan approved for Pretis that was not realized. It was confirmed that five million KM had been collected earlier for sold goods, of which they received only 450,000 KM, and that the rest of the money was distributed by director Nermin Džindić even to other companies as a loan, as can be seen from financial reports.
