Who forgot the BiH flag at the commemoration

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The leadership of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, led by Chairman Mirza Čelik (SDA), issued an apology today to the citizens of Sarajevo Canton, especially to the families of the killed and all those who attended the Joint Commemorative Session of Sarajevo Canton, the City of Sarajevo and the Sarajevo municipalities in the National Theatre, on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance for all killed citizens of Sarajevo in the period 1992-1995, due to the fact that the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina was not displayed in a visible place.

As Chairman Čelik emphasized, immediately before the start of the commemoration, a meeting of the assembly leadership was held at which he was appointed Chairman of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly.

„So, only an hour before the commemorative session, it was decided that I would address this sad gathering on behalf of the leadership of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, in my capacity as the new Chairman,
so unfortunately I was unable to personally familiarize myself with all other important details, similar to this one, for objective reasons,“ explained Chairman Čelik.
