Bookstore "Zoro" collects books for the General Library in Maglaj

Bookstore „Zoro“ is one of the exhibitors at the mini book fair that started on Sunday in front of the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. It was also an opportunity to launch a book collection campaign for the General Library in Maglaj, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- Our stand has many interesting books, as well as the always relevant required reading for primary and secondary schools at very affordable prices – state from the bookstore „Zoro“.

All interested parties can buy or donate their own book and hand it over at the stand. All collected books will be handed over to the library director Nina Salkić on August 20, when a visit is planned.

Incidentally, the company "Bekto Precisa" has also joined the campaign, donating 200 books. Let us recall, in the floods that hit a large part of BiH in May, 28,000 books from this library were destroyed. So far, more than 10,000 books have been collected, and as Salkić pointed out, she is encouraged by the aid campaigns. The doors for users could be opened by August 20, and the installation of floor coverings has already been completed, writes Patria.
