Banja Luka Journalists' Club condemns Dodik's statements about journalists Rađen-Todorić and Raljić

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - The Banja Luka Journalists' Club strongly condemned and considers unacceptable and inappropriate the statement by the president of the BiH entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, in which he labeled Suzana Rađen-Todorić and Željko Raljić as "two important journalists of BN Television who spent several days training with certain structures in London," it was announced from the Banja Luka Journalists' Club, reports the Patria agency.

The Club also condemns Dodik's statement that "BN works against the interests of RS."

"With such statements, the President of Republika Srpska is once again endangering the journalists' right to work and the safety of the journalists themselves. We remind the President of Republika Srpska to resolve all disagreements with journalists or media houses through legal channels if he believes that the members of the seventh estate are not performing their work professionally and ethically. If the President of RS feels threatened by journalistic reporting, he should leave it to the competent institutions," it was announced.
