
(Patria) - The caucus of the Democratic Front (DF) in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted to the parliamentary procedure an amendment to the BiH Constitution, which stipulates that the appointment of judges to the Constitutional Court of BiH shall be made on the proposal of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH.
This information was announced on social media by the Chair of the DF Caucus, Milan Dunović, who stated that this had not been the case until now.

Let us also recall that the Commission for Elections and Appointments of the Federal Parliament decided yesterday that the only candidate for judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH will be Marin Vukoja.
This proposal will be on the agenda of the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, scheduled for May 28.
