Bosniak Caucus to submit request for an emergency session of the FBiH House of Peoples on the Law on Electoral Units

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Bosniak Caucus in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament should submit a request tomorrow for an emergency session regarding the Law on Electoral Units, the Patria news agency learns. 

The emergency session of the FBiH Parliament should adopt the Proposal of the Law on Electoral Units and the Number of Mandates in the FBiH Parliament.

We recall, at the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina held several days ago, the Proposal of the Law on Electoral Units and the Number of Mandates of the FBiH Parliament was voted on. 

The proposed law was passed unanimously with 65 votes "in favor". 

The session was not attended by representatives of the HDZ BiH-HNS Caucus. They announced that they would comment on this law and further steps only after the session of the Croatian National Assembly. 

The Law on Electoral Units and the Number of Mandates of the FBiH Parliament was proposed under urgent procedure by the caucuses of the Party of Democratic Action, the Alliance for a Better Future of BiH, the Democratic Front, the Social Democratic Party of BiH, and the delegate of Our Party in the House of Peoples, Predrag Kojović.
