"Turnkey" for 93 users

Federal Minister of Displaced Persons and Refugees Adil Osmanović today signed contracts with contractors for the construction and adaptation of housing units on a "turnkey" basis, within the Housing Reconstruction Project of the OPEC Fund for International Development - OFID, the statement said.

- With this project, we want to create housing conditions for the return of displaced persons and refugees, users of collective centers and returnees, to their pre-war residences, and I expect from you that the quality of the performed works be as good as possible - said the minister during the meeting with contractors, adding that the users for the reconstruction of housing units have already been selected.

Minister Osmanović congratulated the contractors and expressed satisfaction that conditions have been created to realize the credit funds from the OPEC Fund in the amount of seven million US dollars, of which more than three million dollars are intended for the Federation of BiH.

The signed contracts relate to the reconstruction of housing units for a total of 93 users in the cities and municipalities of Banja Luka (7 users), Prijedor (14 users), Bihać (14 users), Bosanska Krupa (7 users), Novi Grad (13 users), Kotor Varoš (14 users), Gradiška (7 users), Teslić (10 users) and Usora (7 users), the statement said, as reported by Patria.
