Klas distributed 1,000 kg of flour to Zenica residents

Visitors to the OPEN'S Fair of organic and agricultural production and ethno-folk creation in Zenica were today given 1,000 kilograms of flour from the food industry company Klas d.d. Sarajevo. Zenica residents were pleasantly surprised and delighted by this action from Klas, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

- As every year, my wife and I came to the fair to see the current offer of domestic brands and buy something, and we were met with a surprise – free flour. Klas is truly an economic giant and with this action, it proves its social responsibility. Otherwise, we use all types of Klas flour and are satisfied with the quality – said Sabahudin Smriko.

In the fair part of OPEN'S, which will last until November 15th at Alija Izetbegović Square in Zenica, products from two other AS GROUP members – Sprind and Vispak – were also exhibited, in addition to Klas.

- AS Group wanted to make an additional contribution to the OPEN'S fair in this way, because healthy domestic food is promoted here. In addition, we wanted to draw public attention once again to the quality of flour produced by Klas. This time, the focus was on T-500 flour, which is the most common in households in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We distributed 1,000 pieces of flour in one-kilogram packages.

We believe that the OPENS fair is a good opportunity for the residents of Zenica, as well as all other citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who come to Zenica these days, to see the domestic potential of healthy food in one place. Flour, as a basic foodstuff, is produced at Klas under strictly controlled processes and health and hygiene conditions. The entire production process is automated, and at no point is the wheat needed for production exposed to risks that could compromise its technological and health quality.
