KK Bosna survived the crisis: Was the money collected to pay Vučurović?

According to unofficial information from KK Bosna, the former European champion will survive the crisis caused by debts to former players, and the debt to Montenegrin player Nemanja Vučurović alone amounts to 180,000 KM, who also sued the club and won the verdict, writes the BH news agency Patria.

The official stance of KK Bosna on this issue will be known tomorrow.

The first deadline was November 23, and then FIBA extended the deadline to December 12. Although no one wants to officially confirm the information, according to Patria's findings, the money was collected thanks to a few individuals. 

Although an official online campaign was launched to collect donations and save KK Bosna, just over 1,000 US dollars were collected in a few days, and the goal was 100,000 dollars.

KK Bosna is on the verge of collapse. Both former and current management are silent about the origin of the multi-million debt that brought the former European champion to the brink of bankruptcy, and wash their hands of it.

The only satisfaction in this would be if the investigative bodies, the Financial Police, do their job and bring the culprits to justice. Everything else is a game that goes in circles, while the symbol of Sarajevo disappears in the ashes created by the greed of those who mismanaged the club for years.

It was determined that in none of the ten years covered by the audit, i.e., from January 2004 to December 2013, KK Bosna did not operate in accordance with the law, which was finally stopped in April this year, but too late.
