(Patria) - KJKP “Vodovod i kanalizacija” d.o.o., in cooperation with the Attorney General's Office of Sarajevo Canton, has initiated steps to regain possession of the company's facility in Srebreno near Dubrovnik.
The company's management, in cooperation with the Attorney General's Office of Sarajevo Canton, conducted a one-day visit to the VIK facility located in the Republic of Croatia in Srebreno, in the Dubrovnik area. This visit represents a significant step towards initiating the process of regaining possession of the facility for this company.
The facility in question served as a resort for VIK employees before the war. During the war, due to difficult circumstances and prolonged disuse, the facility suffered significant damage and is currently devastated and non-functional. Despite this, its location in one of the most attractive tourist areas of the Adriatic represents an exceptional development opportunity.
The company's bodies, in close cooperation with the Government of Sarajevo Canton, are making maximum efforts to create conditions for regaining ownership of the facility and putting it back into operation. The goal is to make this valuable resource available again in the future, in line with the interests of the company and the wider community.
This visit confirms the commitment of the Management and relevant institutions to systematically and responsibly address property and legal issues, and to protect and valorize the company's assets and rights in the long term.
