(Patria) - Heavy rain that has been falling non-stop since this morning in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina has brought new/old problems on main and secondary roads, both for drivers and pedestrians.
A video from the main road in the Otoka neighborhood shows a situation where car drivers must be cautious because the amount of water turns their vehicles into four-wheel speedboats.
Due to non-functional drains, pedestrians literally need a boat or a surfboard to cross from one side of the road to the other.
All of this is evidenced by a video posted on Twitter by DF representative in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly Vedrana Vujović.

The situation is no better, if not even worse, in underpasses, which is already a familiar sight for Sarajevo residents.
It is obvious that no one in the city is taking care of these problems.
