(Patria) - A real downpour hit the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the afternoon hours.
The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute did announce that they expect mostly cloudy weather with rain and showers in Sarajevo.
However, they probably did not expect such a large amount of precipitation to fall on the city, even in the worst possible scenarios.
As expected, complete chaos, collapse, and traffic jams ensued on the city roads, as is usually the case when a weather event "surprises" our drivers.
