China: Vilić at International Forum for Cooperation in Law Enforcement on Safe Corridor

A delegation of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, led by Directorate Director Mirsad Vilić, at the invitation of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, is participating in the Second International Forum for Cooperation in Law Enforcement on the Safe Corridor of the New Eurasian Land Bridge. The International Forum is being held on September 27 and 28 in the city of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China, the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies announced, reports the Patria news agency.

The aim of this international forum is to promote the establishment of a new platform for strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the fields of law enforcement and security among the countries of the region and around the so-called Belt and Road.

During this two-day forum, the Director of the Directorate gave a presentation on the topic "Important Role of International Organisation in Fighting Transnational crime".

In addition to representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Greece, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Macedonia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Austria, Brazil, Cuba, Papua New Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, etc., are participating in this international forum, according to the statement.
