Kešetović: Electric shock from the SDA and SBB duo

If Mladen Delić were alive, he would ask if it's possible. For months, we have been dealing with the question of whether minimum wages should be increased. Then came contributions and taxes on income. Then the infamous 20% increase in coal prices. And finally, the biggest stupidity, an increase in the price of electricity for some sectors of the economy, by over 200%. In the end, it feels like you're on a 'ship of fools'. The FBiH Government, which resembles 'nothing', has become a monster. At its core is something that cannot be theoretically connected, yet it acts like the dream tandem in football, 'Messi and Ronaldo'. This is how the union of two key players from SDA and SBB, in the roles of prime minister and minister, operates. They are so well-coordinated that for seven years they have been dribbling everyone, like N.N. used to do at 'Željo'. These two magicians are 'dribbling the ball through their legs and scoring goals for themselves and their opponents'. Šeret, a real footballer and a great football magician, N.N., in his football fervor, would sometimes run with the ball towards his own goal. It was hard to catch him. Similarly, this dream tandem dribbles us all and makes us swallow the impossible. They score for themselves and their opponents.

Let's go in order. Wages in Germany, the minimum hourly rate is 10 euros. Here, 2 euros. Food in Germany is cheaper, here it is more expensive. Electricity is cheap here, expensive in Germany. Education and healthcare are excellent in Germany, ruined here. Pensions in Germany are above 50% of the average wage in euros, here below 40% in KM. Even someone without a school education should realize that something is wrong. The FBiH Government pays 850,000 KM to write nicely about them. Meanwhile, doctors and medical staff in Konjic have no salaries. The FBiH Government wants to consolidate two power utilities, which have a deficit of 1.5 billion KM, and they don't have 'enough for ćevapi'. The government is making a fictitious correction in coal prices, while there are thousands of miners missing in production, and thousands of clerks and unproductive jobs in surplus. The FBiH Government dismisses mine directors but leaves the relevant minister and directors of power utilities in their positions. While the mayor of Zenica is being prosecuted, the Prime Minister of the FBiH Government is attending hearings accompanied by his associates, in the role of accused or witnesses. And finally, as the 'icing on the cake', a stupid decision to increase the price of electricity for the economy. Instead of eliminating thousands of clerical positions and dozens of agencies, directorates, offices, and similar entities, the same FBiH Government forms an Office for itself to deal with those who have losses of around 10 billion.

And while employers are on strike due to the price of electricity, and educators, healthcare workers, civil servants, and pensioners are demanding higher incomes, the fourth year of the mandate of the FBiH Government and the FBiH Parliament is beginning. The electric shock comes to us as therapy. With high prices, they want to shake us up with the intention of setting a precedent, so that we have prices like in Germany, but wages and pensions like in BiH. Expert Damir Miljević writes in vain that 'there is no reason whatsoever to increase the price of electricity'.

Has the electric and energy circuit shaken us all so much that we cannot recover? Such an electric shock has not been recorded since the invention of our Nikola Tesla. Therefore, this invention of the FBiH Government should be patented, as it would shake the economy and world powers like Germany. As that unfortunate person who is destroying our country would say, he will also introduce countermeasures against Germany. It turns out that in BiH, with this government, everything is upside down, and the people are the only ones who are smart, patient, and silent. They don't even protest. They don't protest that their country is being torn apart, nor that their property and capital are being taken away and stolen', wrote Kešetović.
