KCUS: In 24 hours, 13 patients suspected of leptospirosis, two admitted for treatment

(patria) - At the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Center of Sarajevo (KCUS), 13 patients suspected of leptospirosis were examined in the past 24 hours. Two patients were admitted for hospital treatment.

Appropriate microbiological tests will be conducted on these hospitalized patients to confirm or rule out the presence of leptospirosis.

The University Clinical Center of Sarajevo continues to actively monitor the epidemiological situation and will regularly inform the public about all relevant developments.
