Katica: A difficult day for the Sarajevo Canton MoI

(Patria) - Minister of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton Admir Katica said that today is a difficult day for the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs, and for him personally, one of the most difficult since he has been in the position of Minister of Internal Affairs.

"The news that our police officer committed suicide has deeply shaken me, and I deeply sympathize with the pain felt by her loved ones. One life was extinguished forever today, and I ask all media representatives and the public in general to treat this case of suicide with due diligence, especially taking into account the emotions of the family, friends, as well as the work colleagues of our police officer. As has already been said, a police investigation is underway and the circumstances that led to this tragic case of suicide will be clarified, but no explanation will alleviate the pain and loss now felt by those left behind by our police officer. Our thoughts are with them," Katica stated.

The police officer of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration committed suicide at the Sarajevo Railway Station location.
