Kasumović discussed with NS BiH officials: Full support for the expansion of the Training Center

Mayor of Zenica Fuad Kasumović held a meeting with representatives of the Football Federation of BiH, President Elvedin Begić, General Secretary Jasmin Baković, Director of the Training Center in Zenica Alija Porča, Patria reports.

The discussion focused on further cooperation between the City of Zenica and the Football Federation. It was noted that the cooperation so far has been very good, with numerous projects jointly implemented aimed at improving sports infrastructure and the development of sports in general.

The Football Federation announced that they remain committed to playing representative matches at the "Bilino polje" stadium and the Training Center at Crkvičko brdo. Mayor Kasumović agreed with this statement and expressed his readiness to continue cooperation on projects that the FF plans to implement in partnership with the City Administration.

The Mayor gave his full support for the completion of the ongoing works at "Bilino polje", according to FIFA and UEFA requirements, which should be finished by March next year. Some issues regarding the long-term plans of the FF were also discussed. The expansion of the FF BiH Zenica Training Center is planned. This involves the construction of a third pitch and the expansion of accommodation capacities, in line with financial possibilities.

Kasumović recognized the good intentions of the Football Federation and promised that the City Administration would be available to them in this regard.
