Kasumović and Drino released to defend themselves, prohibition measures imposed

(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Zenica, on 10.12.2021, in criminal case number: 04 0 K 012115 21 Kpp 20, deciding on the proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton, issued a Decision by which detention is lifted and Fuad Kasumović and Vahdet Drino are released.

"Prohibition measures are imposed on the suspects K. F. and D. V. in accordance with Article 140a, paragraph 1, point c), and in conjunction with Article 140c, point 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code of FBiH: not to meet with certain persons, specifically with other suspects and witnesses, and a distance of 50 meters is set, below which suspects K. F. and D. V. must not approach other suspects and witnesses.

The measures last from the date of this decision, 10.12.2021, until 10.02.2022.

These suspects cannot stay in the same room with the mentioned witnesses and suspects and must be at least 50 meters away.

The court will examine the necessity of these measures every 2 (two) months starting from the date of this decision," the Cantonal Court in Zenica announced.
