(Patria) - The Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, celebrated Eid al-Adha with her fellow citizens, women and men of Sarajevo, by giving baklava and good wishes.
"Baščaršija Square was filled with unity and friendship today. In a festive atmosphere, I celebrated Eid al-Adha with my fellow citizens, in fellowship, giving baklava and good wishes.
May Eid bring immense joy and happiness to every home and bring abundance
of prosperity, health, and success to each of you.
Let us do good and share it with others, with a smile, an outstretched hand, a word
of encouragement,... Eid Mubarak Olsun," stated Mayor Karić.
