Karan: We have the most technical problems in Banja Luka

Siniša Karan, president of the entity Commission for holding the referendum in RS, confirmed that the referendum in this entity is being held in accordance with the planned dynamics.

- All 1,885 polling stations are open in RS, except for one polling station in Gacko, which we merged with another polling station. We have the most difficulties, technical ones - in Banja Luka, because there are the most of them there. According to initial data on turnout at nine o'clock, with 77 percent of voters processed, seven percent of registered voters have voted. Turnout in Banja Luka is 7.48 percent - Karan pointed out.

Karan confirmed that in the village of Kula near Gacko, Bosniaks blocked the polling station and that they only moved it to the elementary school.

- There was no danger to the voting process, but we did not want to enter into any conflict - Karan confirmed.
