Haris Sejdić from Tešanj sent a request to Patria's editorial office for a correction of the text published on December 12, 2014.
As announced at the time by the cabinet of the Member of Parliament in the BiH Parliament, Šemsudin Mehmedović, he received verdicts against Muharem Ahmić and Haris Sejdić for stating and conveying untrue facts, i.e. for slander.
In Sejdić's request sent to our editorial office, it is stated that the Cantonal Court Zenica accepted his appeal, and overturned the first-instance verdict, so that the plaintiff Mehmedović is dismissed in its entirety.
