(Patria) - The Cantonal Court of Tuzla confirmed the first-instance verdict ordering the University Clinical Center (UKC) Tuzla to reinstate Alen Kamerić to the position of director, and to allow him to perform his duties until the expiration or termination of his mandate in a lawful manner.
The Court also ordered that Kamerić be paid all back wages and contributions.
We remind you that Kamerić was elected to the position of Director of UKC Tuzla at the end of 2021, only to be dismissed six months later, after which he sued UKC Tuzla, claiming the dismissal was unlawful.
