SARAJevo, (Patria) - Inspectors of the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs participated this morning in an operation conducted by police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Police Administration, during which supervision within the jurisdiction of the cantonal sanitary and market-tourism inspector was carried out at a residential-commercial facility in the Stupsko Brdo settlement.
"Based on the established factual situation, inspectors have taken legally prescribed measures, which include the imposition of a ban on business operations," it was confirmed for NAP from the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs.
175 migrants were moved from the facility, and drugs were also found during the search. The migrants will be accommodated in the Blažuj reception center.
Residents of this settlement have repeatedly alerted the police, demanding that the problem of the excessive number of migrants staying in that facility be resolved, and there have been frequent fights and other incidents.
